On June 29, 2011, the Company, issued a press release announcing announced that the Company will change the trading symbol of its common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market to “GURE” effective at the open of the market on June 30, 2011. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
