Item 7.01 Other Events
On July 30, 2014, Oritani Financial Corp. (the “Company”) will attend the Keefe, Bruyette & Woods Community Bank Investor Conference. The Company will be represented by Kevin Lynch (President/CEO) and John Fields (EVP/CFO). Messrs. Lynch and Fields will participate in a “fireside chat” that will be webcast and can be heard at http://wsw.com/webcast/kbw21/orit. The chat is scheduled to take place at 1:30 pm and last approximately 30 minutes. The webcast will be available for 90 days.
