Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
|
On July 11, 2014, QAD Inc. (the “Company”) entered into an amendment to the unsecured credit agreement with Rabobank, N.A. (the “Facility”). The amendment extends the maturity of the Facility from July 15, 2014 to July 15, 2017. The amendment does not provide for any change in debt covenants.
