Item 5.02
Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

(b) Departure of Directors or Certain Officers.

On April 25, 2017, Mr. Robert W. Goldman tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Tesoro Logistics GP, LLC (“TLGP”), the general partner of Tesoro Logistics LP. TLGP’s Corporate Governance Guidelines require that directors must retire at the next regularly-scheduled Board meeting after reaching the age of 75. Mr. Goldman turns 75 on April 28, 2017 and the resignation tendered specifies that it will be effective as of Thursday, May 4, 2017.
