Item 2.06 Material Impairments.
In light of the jury’s decision in the case of ContentGuard Holdings, Inc. v. Apple Inc., as reported in Form 8-K on November 20, 2015, management of Pendrell Corporation (the "Company") determined on November 23, 2015 that a portion of the Company’s intellectual property assets is impaired. The Company is assessing the extent of the impairment. The Company is unable to make a good faith estimate of the amount of the impairment charge at this time.
