In connection with the quarterly report of Futures Portfolio Fund, Limited Partnership (“Fund”), on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2020 as filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on the date hereof (“Report”), I, Carl A. Serger, Chief Financial Officer of Steben & Company LLC, the General Partner of the Fund, certify, pursuant to Section 906 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 (18 U.S.C. §1350), that:
