In connection with the quarterly report of Futures Portfolio Fund, Limited Partnership (“Fund”), on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2020 as filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on the date hereof (“Report”), I, Kevin M. Kinzie, President and Chief Executive Officer of Steben & Company LLC, the General Partner of the Fund, certify, pursuant to Section 906 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 (18 U.S.C. §1350), that:
