Item 5.02Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On October 2, 2020, James B. Dull, Executive Vice President, Chief Information and Technology Officer of ENB Financial Corp’s (the “Corporation”) wholly-owned subsidiary, Ephrata National Bank (the “Bank”), announced his retirement effective the close of business on December 31, 2020.

 

Mr. Dull’s decision to retire was not the result of any disagreement with the Corporation or the Bank on any matter relating to their operations, policies or practices.
