Item 8.01. Other Events.
In connection with a joint press release issued on Thursday, January 11, 2018 with Eli Lilly and Company, operating on behalf of its Elanco Animal Health division, Aratana Therapeutics, Inc. announced that the European Commission adopted the decision to grant marketing authorization of GALLIPRANT® (grapiprant tablets) in dogs in the European Union.
