Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On November 10, 2015, EXCO Resources, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it has commenced a consent solicitation to amend the indenture governing its outstanding 7.500% Senior Notes due 2018. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated by reference herein.
