Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 1, 2015, Blue Dolphin Energy Company, a Delaware corporation (“Blue Dolphin”), issued a press release reporting its financial results for the twelve month period ended December 31, 2014 and its financial condition as of December 31, 2014. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
