On March 5, 2015, Sanchez Production Partners LLC (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its fourth quarter and full year 2014 financial results.
A copy of the press release is furnished as a part of this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 but is not deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The Company will host a conference call at 11:00 a.m. (CDT) on Wednesday, March 11, 2015.
