Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On February 26, 2015, VirtualScopics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2014. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

On February 26, 2015, at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time, VirtualScopics, Inc. held a conference call to discuss the financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2014. A copy of the transcript of the conference call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2. The slides attached hereto as Exhibit 99.3 were prepared in connection with the conference call.
