On November 14, 2014, Blue Dolphin Energy Company (“Blue Dolphin”) issued a press release reporting results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2014, the text of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
