Item 5.02(b) Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
On August 28, 2014, Pat Crahan resigned as a director of the Board for personal reasons. Board Chair Lynn Davis publicly recognizes and thanks Pat for his 17 years of contributions as a Director for Flexsteel. We will miss his presence on our Board. Pat Crahan retired as a Senior Vice President in 2013 after a 30 year career with the Company.
