Beginning on August 20, 2014, and at other times thereafter, Escalera Resources Co. (the “Company”) intends to present and post on its corporate website a PowerPoint slide presentation entitled “Big Ideas = Bigger Opportunity”. A copy of the presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
