Item 8.01 Other Events.
Our Board of Directors has approved extension of the Company’s stock repurchase program from December 31, 2013 to December 31, 2014. In extending the plan, which was adopted in 2008, the Board of Directors also reset the repurchase authority to $15 million as of January 1, 2014.
