On July 31, 2013, the Registrant issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2013. A copy of the Registrant’s press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99 to this Current Report.
Item 8.01 Other Events
On May 20, 2013, the Staff of the SEC’s Division of Enforcement informed the Registrant that it was conducting an investigation of the Registrant and made a request for a voluntary production of documents and information concerning the Registrant’s calculations of bad debt expense and allowance for doubtful accounts. The Registrant is cooperating fully with the SEC Staff.
