On May 7, 2012, Thomas J. Smith, a Director and the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, and Kevin J. Degenstein, the Company’s President and Chief Operating Officer, made a presentation at the 2012 American Gas Association (AGA) Financial Forum, which is being held May 6-8, 2012 in Scottsdale, Arizona.
