GlobalSCAPE Provides Preliminary Fourth Quarter Revenue Results

SAN ANTONIO, Texas — February 3, 2012 — GlobalSCAPE, Inc. (NYSE Amex: GSB), a leading developer of secure information exchange solutions, today announced that it expects revenue for its fourth fiscal quarter of 2011, ended December 31, 2011, will be approximately $5.3 million, and that revenue for fiscal year 2011 will be approximately $21 million. The Company cautions that its preliminary revenue results are subject to completion of its financial statements for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2011. GlobalSCAPE will report audited financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2011 next month.
