Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On January 28, 2020, Luther Burbank Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
The information furnished under Item 2.02, Item 7.01 and Item 9.01 of this Current Report on Form 8-K, including Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K, shall not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or otherwise subject to liabilities under that Section, nor shall it be deemed incorporated by reference in any registration statement or other filings of the Company under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, except as shall be set forth by specific reference in such filing.
Item 7.01. Regulation FD
The Company will conduct a conference call at 8:00 a.m. (Pacific Time) on January 29, 2020 to discuss its financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2019. A copy of the presentation to be used for the conference call and future investor presentations is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and replaces and supersedes investor presentations materials previously furnished as exhibits to the Company's Current Reports on Form 8-K.

On January 28, 2020, the Company's Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.0575 per common share, payable on February 18, 2020 to shareholders of record on February 7, 2020.
