This current report on Form 8-K/A amends the report on Form 8-K filed on November 4, 2019 by the Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta (the “Bank”) to announce that, on October 31, 2019 the Bank declared re-elected to the Bank's Board of Directors (the “Board”) R.
