On January 30, 2019, iPass Inc. received formal notice from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) informing iPass that Nasdaq has extended the time period during which the iPass shares of common stock will be permitted to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market from January 31, 2019, to February 15, 2019.
