Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 28, 2019, Versum Materials, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing certain preliminary unaudited financial results for the fiscal first quarter ended December 31, 2018. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
