On December 10, 2018, Christopher D. Pappas, President and Chief Executive Officer of Trinseo. S.A. (the “Company”) notified the Company’s board of directors of his intention to retire in 2019, with his definitive retirement date to be determined at a later date.  The Company consequently issued a press release announcing Mr. Pappas’ retirement, which is provided as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
