Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Directors; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On November 30, 2018, December 3, 2018 and December 6, 2018, Loretta Jospeh, Ramy Soliman and Som Ghosh, respectively, resigned from the board of directors (the “Board”) of Long Blockchain Corp. (the “Company”) and from each committee on which he or she served. In addition, on November 30, 2018, the resignation of Sanjay Sachdev became effective, as previously announced. The directors’ resignations were not due to any disagreement with the Company or its management on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices (financial or otherwise).
