Effective October 25, 2018, each of Lin Kuan Liang and Lam Mun Tong resigned as a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Moxian, Inc. (the “Registrant”). Their resignations were not the result of any disagreement with the Registrant, the Registrant’s management or the Board.

The Registrant vacated its principal office in Shenzhen in August 2018. The Registrant is currently looking for a replacement location for its principal office. During its search, its business operations have suffered little to no disruption. The Registrant can be contacted at Unit 1301, 13th Floor, Wing Tuck Commercial Centre, 177-183 Wing Luk Street, Hong Kong, and +852 3547 0470 until it completes its relocation, at which time it expects to file a Current Report on Form 8-K updating that information.
