Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On October 15, 2018, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh (the “Bank”) issued a notice to its members announcing that the Bank plans to host a member audio and web conference on Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss its 2018 financial results for the nine months ending September 30, 2018.  A transcript of the call will be posted on the Bank’s public website at www.fhlb-pgh.com and remain posted for 45 days
