Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On August 20, 2018, Novagen Ingenium Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release advising that substantial advances in specific componentry (Static Alternative Polarity Switch Plate) to be utilized in the AmerYcan Y Engine had been achieved and further, that the company engaged their patent attorneys to file for patent protection.
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
