On August 9, 2018, Lilis Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release that announced its second quarter 2018 financial and operating results. The Company will hold a webcast conference call on August 10, 2018 to discuss those results. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
