Item 1.01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On June 11, 2018, Corporate Capital Trust II (the “Company”) entered into an incremental commitment agreement (the “ICA”) with ING Capital LLC, in its capacity as administrative agent and as increasing lender, relating to the Company’s existing senior secured revolving credit agreement, dated as of July 14, 2017 (as so amended, the “ING Credit Agreement”). The ICA provides for incremental borrowing capacity of $12.0 million under the ING Credit Agreement, increasing total borrowing capacity from $70.0 million to $82.0 million. The ICA did not modify any of the other terms and conditions of the ING Credit Agreement.
The foregoing description of the ICA does not purport to be complete and is qualified in its entirety by the agreement attached as Exhibit 10.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
