Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

In a press release dated March 12, 2018, Johnson Controls International plc (the “Company”) announced that it intends to explore strategic alternatives for its Power Solutions business. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein in its entirety.
