Exhibit 99.1

Team,

We continue to make progress working with our partners at Campbell on integration and I’m really encouraged by the collaboration and pace of work from the team. This week we kicked off our first round of function specific one-on-one meetings to dig deep into the respective functional areas. We had great discussions, and while there is much work to be done we are on a clear path forward. The bulk of these pre-integration activities are tracking well with a particular focus on ensuring a smooth transition on Day 1. I appreciate all you are doing to keep our brands and core business strong.

This week’s update includes some additional context on the composition and scope of the integration team and some fun facts about Campbell and the Global Biscuits and Snacks division.

Thanks for your efforts,

Randy

The Fun Stuff

Today marks the start of Chinese New Year, China’s most important holiday. 2018 is the year of the Dog, which signifies resilience, trust, and loyalty, is celebrated in China and around the world. Since 1960, we’ve been honored by the fact that Kjeldsen’s Danish Butter Cookies have become a traditional gift for friends and family during this holiday season.

To kick off the New Year, celebrants set off firecrackers and wear the color red. Why? Legend says that in ancient times, a vicious sea monster named Nian destroyed communities during the last lunar month of every year. One year, on the last night of the last month, Nian devoured almost everyone who lived in a small village except for two families. The first was a newlywed couple wearing celebratory red wedding clothing, which reminded Nian of fire and compelled him to stay away. The other family was unharmed because their children were playing outside setting off noisy firecrackers, scaring Nian. Ever since, people carry on these life-saving traditions every New Year’s Eve!

Check out the photos of some of Campbell’s latest campaigns to help ring in the Chinese New Year! Wishing everyone great happiness, prosperity and health!
