Team-

To prepare for the pending merger with Campbell’s, this week we launched our Integration Management Office (IMO) with oversight by the Campbell’s Global Biscuits & Snacks Leadership Team. The purpose of the IMO is to determine specific activities necessary for a smooth transition and to help establish a foundation for growth. This work will require careful planning and due diligence – and, most importantly, teamwork.

The following leaders have accepted interim IMO roles in addition to their existing responsibilities. Please join me in thanking them in advance for their extra efforts in the months ahead.

Integration Management Team:

Role/Workstream Campbell Snyder’s-Lance

Project Lead Graham Corneck Randy Chapman
Master Planning Mike Ross Donna Armstrong
Value Capture Brad Troup Matt Wilken
Org Design/Talent Xavier Boza Vanessa Higgins
Culture Xavier Boza Krystal LaBell
Communications Jennifer Goldston Kevin Powers
BP&S Theresa Miller Pat Boyle

During our initial team meeting this week in Norwalk, CT, the Campbell leadership team expressed a strong desire to build one company together - from common values to common business goals.  Throughout the day, the team demonstrated a commitment to collaboration, transparency and respect.

Next week, the IMO and several others from both companies will meet in Charlotte to dig deeper into the work ahead, and we expect activities to increase during the next few months. While many answers related to the integration are yet to be determined, we remain committed to sharing information with you when we can and to maintaining open lines of communication.

Today, the most important thing we can all do is continue to deliver results against our plans, and drive continued growth in our base business. Thank you for your ongoing commitment.

Thanks,

Randy
