Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 8, 2018, Inovalon Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release to announce preliminary revenue and earnings estimates for full year 2017. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
The Company also posted investor presentation materials and an investor brochure that the Company will be presenting at the 36th Annual J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference during the week of January 8, 2018 in San Francisco on the investor section of the Company’s website at www.inovalon.com.
