Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

 

On November 2, 2017, STORE Capital Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third fiscal quarter of 2017, which ended on September 30, 2017. The press release is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference. The press release also is available on the Company’s website.

The Company has made available its 2017 third quarter investor presentation, which is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and incorporated herein by reference.
