Other Events

On September 11, 2017, Trinity Capital Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the Company's shares of common stock commenced listing on the OTCQB Best Market under the symbol "TRIN," effective as of the same date. The Company also announced that the Company has obtained eligibility with The Depository Trust Company ("DTC") for the Company's shares of common stock. A copy of the press release making these announcements is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
