Resignation of Chief Financial Officer
On June 29, 2017, Daniel Ogbonna resigned as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Erin Energy Corporation (the “Company”), effective as of the close of business on June 30, 2017. The resignation was not related to any disagreements with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies, practices or any issues regarding financial disclosures, accounting or legal matters.
At present, the Company does not plan to immediately recommend a Chief Financial Officer replacement, but will review and assess potential candidates. In the interim, the duties of that role will be delegated to Manuel Mondragon, Vice President, Corporate Finance and Investor Relations and Kent Gilliam, Vice President, Financial Controller and Dippo Bello, Vice President, Financial Planning and Treasurer.
