On June 15, 2017, TICC Capital Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that, on June 14, 2017, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission granted an exemptive relief order that permits the Company and certain affiliated funds to engage in co-investment transactions that would otherwise be prohibited under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended. The text of the press release is included as an exhibit to this Form 8-K.
