Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On April 27, 2017, Innophos Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that, effective May 1, 2017, Mark Santangelo has been appointed the Company’s Senior Vice President of Manufacturing, Engineering and EH&S and Yasef Murat will cease serving as the Company’s Senior Vice President, Global Manufacturing and will serve as the Company’s Senior Manufacturing Fellow focusing on initiatives relating to the phosphate manufacturing process and its related technologies. A copy of Innophos' press release concerning this matter is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
