Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On March 6 and 8, 2017, Jerry Barag, President and Chief Executive Officer of CatchMark Timber Trust, Inc. (the "Company"), will present at two investor conferences, the Raymond James 38th Annual Institutional Investors Conference in Orlando, Florida, and the Citi 2017 Global Property CEO Conference in Hollywood, Florida. In connection therewith, Mr. Barag will refer to the slide presentation attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
