Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 13, 2017, Versum Materials, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s results of operations for its fiscal first quarter ended December 31, 2016. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
