EXPLANATORY NOTE
Trinity Capital Corporation (the "Company") is filing amendment No. 1 on Form 8-K/A to amend its Current Report on Form 8-K dated December 19, 2016 (the "Amendment"), as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") on December 19, 2016 (the "Original Filing"), to file pages 2-16 of Exhibit 3.1 that were inadvertently omitted.
Except as described above, no other changes have been made to the Original Filing. The Original Filing continues to speak as of the date of the Original Filing. Accordingly, this Amendment should be read in conjunction with the Company's Original Filing with the SEC.
