On October 31, 2016, InvenSense, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it will consider a number of options to further enhance stockholder value in response to significant interest in the Company. No decision has been made and there can be no assurance that the Board’s review process will result in any transaction of any kind. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
