Item 8.01 Other Item.
As previously disclosed by PRA Group, Inc. (the “Company”), PRA Group Polska sp. z o.o., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, announced on February 29, 2016 a public tender offer (the “Offer”) for 100% of the shares of DTP S.A., a Poland-based debt collection company (“DTP”). On April 27, 2016, the Company issued a press release announcing the successful completion of the Offer and acquisition of DTP. A copy of the press release announcing the completion of the acquisition is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
