Other Events
On March 9, 2016, the Company issued a Press Release discussing the purchase of real property in Albuquerque, New Mexico as a new location for its subsidiary, Los Alamos National Bank. The Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is furnished with this Form 8-K.
