Snyder’s-Lance, Inc. Declares Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend

 

Charlotte, NC, - February 15, 2016 – Snyder’s-Lance, Inc. (Nasdaq-GS: LNCE) today reported that on February 9, 2016, the Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.16 per share on the outstanding shares of Snyder’s-Lance, Inc. common stock. The dividend is payable on March 4, 2016 to stockholders of record at the close of business on February 24, 2016.
