Item 8.01. Other Events
On December 23, 2015, Firsthand Technology Value Fund, Inc. issued a press release announcing today that Nutanix, a Fund holding since May 2015, has filed its plans to go public through an initial public offering (“IPO”). The number of shares and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined, and there can be no assurances whether the offering will be completed or market conditions at the time of any such offering. Nutanix has applied for listing on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol “NTNX”.
