Item 1.01
Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.


On November 19, 2015, National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corporation (the “Company”) amended and restated its $1,665 million three-year and $1,645 million five-year revolving credit agreements to extend the maturity dates to November 19, 2018 and November 19, 2020, respectively, from October 28, 2017 and October 28, 2019, respectively. Commitments of $25 million under the three-year agreement will expire at the prior maturity date of October 28, 2017. Commitments of $45 million under the five-year agreement will expire at the prior maturity date of October 28, 2019. In connection with the amendment and restatement of the revolving credit agreements, commitments from the existing banks increased by $45 million. As of the closing date, the total amount available under the two facilities was $3,309 million. All of the foregoing amounts exclude the commitments of National Cooperative Services Corporation, a consolidated entity of the Company.
