Regulation FD Disclosure.

During his presentation at the Research and Development (R&D) Day event held by Progenics Pharmaceuticals, Inc. ("Progenics") for investors and analysts on Thursday, October 1, 2015, Progenics' CEO Mark Baker announced that an additional 15 patients have been enrolled in the Azedra Phase 2b clinical trial currently being conducted by the company. Azedra has been designated by the FDA as a Breakthrough Therapy for the treatment of patients with malignant pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma, and has also received Orphan Drug and Fast Track designations from the FDA.
